My husband and I were dealing with a terrible experience trying to buy our current rental house and felt that we were backed into buying a house that we didn't love for a price that was unreasonable based on the inspection report, necessary repairs, and other issues behind the scenes. We had not engaged with a relator and frankly after our limited experience with the relator that was supposed to be doing "just the paperwork" and her broker, we had no interest in dealing with ANYONE. Mac turned things around right away, even though I was very difficult to impress. He is very easy to work with, manages expectations, and wants to make his clients happy in finding what the want for a price they are comfortable with. He is NOT pushy and his prior experience is a huge plus when looking at homes! He will give you candid and common sense advice when it comes to resale value, marketability, repairs, etc., Moreover, my husband, who isn't much of a people person enjoyed working with Mac because he was no-nonsense and genuine.
