My husband and I were dealing with a terrible experience trying to buy our current rental house and felt that we were backed into buying a house that we didn't love for a price that was unreasonable based on the inspection report, necessary repairs, and other issues behind the scenes. We had not engaged with a relator and frankly after our limited experience with the relator that was supposed to be doing "just the paperwork" and her broker, we had no interest in dealing with ANYONE. Mac turned things around right away, even though I was very difficult to impress. He is very easy to work with, manages expectations, and wants to make his clients happy in finding what the want for a price they are comfortable with.
