My husband and I were dealing with a terrible experience trying to buy our current rental house and felt that we were backed into buying a house that we didn't love for a price that was unreasonable based on the inspection report, necessary repairs, and other issues behind the scenes. We had not engaged with a relator and frankly after our limited experience with the relator that was supposed to be doing "just the paperwork" and her broker, we had no interest in dealing with ANYONE.
